What is Scrumervation?
Well, it’s a made-up word I mashed together that seemed like a fun idea at the time.
More than that, it’s a spot where I will share observations, ideas, thoughts, and other miscellaneous things related to Scrum that I have observed along the way! I’ve been wearing my Scrum Master hat for several years and have seen all manner of interesting things along the way.
It’s still very much taking shape, but it will be a fun journey, and I hope to learn as much as I share along the way!

Heath: After a whole bunch of years as a Software Engineer, I transitioned into the role of Scrum Master and Agile Coach, working with several teams, in several countries, in several industries. Somewhere along the way, I realized I was having more fun being a full time Scrum Master than I did writing code. Being in the trenches and helping teams realize their full awesomeness is my passion, and hopefully some of that comes through!
